Business Development Representative (Staffing Industry)
Location: Littleton, Colorado
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative who thrives on making connections and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. If you enjoy meeting new people, understand the fast-paced nature of the staffing industry, and can adapt your approach to work with all personality types—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Develop strategic outreach plans (calls, emails, networking, events)
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to align client needs with talent solutions
- Manage and track activity using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Stay informed on market trends and staffing needs across industries
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure long-term satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development within the staffing or recruiting industry
- Strong passion for networking and building meaningful professional relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
