Position Overview
Express Employment - Littleton is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical team responsible for system design and project execution within a fast-paced environment. This role combines leadership, technical oversight, and operational responsibility to ensure successful project delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, including hiring and performance management
- Oversee the design and execution of complex control and automation systems
- Ensure consistency in engineering standards, documentation, and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and project partners to drive results
- Support estimating, scheduling, and project planning efforts
- Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and project financials
- Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits
Qualifications
- Experience in building systems, automation, or a related technical field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with system design, construction, or industrial environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
