Sales Assistant
Pay: $23–$30/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm
Are you organized, driven, self-confident, and outgoing? We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our stable, growing team. This role is a dynamic mix of customer management, data management, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer information within our CRM system
- Prepare bids, proposals, and sales documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Assist with onboarding and developing relationships with new clients
- Conduct client visits and support account management activities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Learn our products and solutions to become a trusted resource for customers
- Assist with client training and product education
- Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure excellent customer communication
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to succeed
- Self-confident, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and make outbound calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and a passion for learning
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Automotive, forklift, industrial equipment, parts, service, or other mechanically oriented experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally
