We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician with proven experience in PLC systems to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and automation systems. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of machinery and production processes across the facility.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and systems.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms.

Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.

Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

Train operators and junior maintenance staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.

High school diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electronics, mechatronics, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Proven experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and ladder logic.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, VFDs, sensors, motors, and automation equipment.

Ability to use hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and multimeters.

Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and industrial codes.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
