Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies.

  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve complex issues.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [your industry, e.g., e-commerce, software, healthcare, etc.].

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.

  • Knowledge of support tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
