A leading manufacture in Wheat Ridge is now expanding their team and looking to hire a Waterjet Operator!
Pay: $21/hour
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will operate waterjet cutting machines to create precise cuts in various materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waterjet Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD software and blueprint reading.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
