As a Business Development Representative at Express, you are the quarterback of the team. Your mission is to drive office and client growth by helping companies find great employees while helping people find jobs. You will meet with business leaders, qualify sales opportunities, build relationships and support your team across the finish line!
This position offers unlimited earning potential (base salary, commission) in a team environment where communication, follow-through and accountability are required for your success. You will receive training and coaching from the best in the business!

What you will be responsible for:
· Speaking with 100 different companies face to face weekly
· Identifying and qualifying business opportunities
· Scheduling appointments with business leaders, and learning about their pain points and hiring needs
· Presenting solutions and differentiating our services in creative ways
· Building value while negotiating pricing/terms and other service requirements
· Follow-up service visits, business reviews/forecasting meetings
