Summary:

The Crew Lead is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager/GM with the day-to-day operations of the local Denver Operations Department as well as poster installation and shelter maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

·       Facilitate day-to-day operations crew duties

·       Participate in and oversee maintenance projects such as painting, repairs, Lexan and roof replacements

·       Maintain supplies, Lexan and roof materials needed for crew maintenance and repairs

·       Oversee company truck maintenance

·       Review and prep posting work orders

·       Check in and maintain inventory of ad posters, timely

·       Contact person for and reporting of Crew absence or call outs and reassignment of duties

·       Weekly operations meetings attendance and participation

·       Assist in hiring and /or training new crew members

·       Provide additional help and give instructions to crew members who need assistance with specific aspects of their job

·       Keep track and maintain inventory list of shelter storage yard. Install and rotate paid advertisements and self-promotion posters and document activity using the Company's tablet.

·       Responsible for taking completion photos of ad postings using provided tablet.

·       Maintain bus shelters and benches on designated route, in a safe and clean manner, including cleaning glass, graffiti removal, picking up debris around shelter/bench location, emptying trash receptacle, sweeping location and surrounding sidewalk, trimming grass and or maintaining weeds.

·       Reporting of any damage to structure/glass to Operations Lead for repairs.

·       Clear/shovel snow from shelter/bench pad and surrounding area as per municipal requirements as needed.

·       Participate in painting/sanding bus shelters during summer months and snow removal in winter months as needed.

·       Drive company truck on designated route (routes may change occasionally) Care for assigned vehicle to keep it clean and report any maintenance issues to Operations Manager

·       Wear and use safety equipment supplied by the Company

·       Occasional coverage of additional/other designated route duties in absence of other crew members

·       Additional duties as assigned

Expectations & Requirements:

·       Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record, as this position requires driving a company vehicle.

·       Must be able to pass a drug test to be considered for employment.

·       Job duties are primarily performed outside and or in the company provided vehicle. Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions

·       Experience / basic knowledge with power tools, lawn equipment (blowers, string trimmers etc..)

·       Basic Knowledge of computer/tablet use, email, and Microsoft Word and Xcel

Physical Requirements:

·       Lift up to (40) forty pounds unassisted

·       Stand, walk, stretch, bend, kneel

·       Ability to work outdoors and with exposure to elements such as heat, cold and basic cleaning chemicals
