Job Full Description
Bookkeeper / Office Admin Assistant
- Primary responsibilities include processing invoices in QuickBooks (drop-ship and large stock) and inventory control.
- Matching transactions (bank and credit card) in QBO to invoices (matching).
- Ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Process customer returns.
- Month end bank account reconciliation.
- Miscellaneous paperwork, admin and office duties (ie reviewing Fedex bills, negotiating with credit card companies, etc).
Other responsibilities include monitoring internal controls and ensuring compliance with (including payment) of sales tax and local and federal income tax payments.
