Job Summary
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the quality of all products and services within our organization. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed quality standards, while also ensuring that any customer complaints or feedback are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within the quality area using quality assurance procedures, tools methods and processes.
• Contributing to improving the way of working within own work area, including updating and maintaining quality assurance procedures.
• Participate and support in root-cause-analysis and problem-solving within the unit.
• Contributing to sharing best practices within the quality area.
• Ensures fulfillment of customer requirements/specifications within assigned work.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing or similar) or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience in a quality related role preferred
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control systems
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
