We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping people, and has a knack for turning problems into solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
•
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
•
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
•
Collaborate with internal teams to provide consistent and efficient support
Qualifications:
•
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
•
3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
•
Familiarity with oil, propane, HVAC systems, or residential services is highly desirable
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills
•
Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused mindset
•
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
•
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
•
Bilingual skills are a plus
•
Must be available for seasonal overtime during peak service periods
