Opportunities are available on both 1st and 2nd shift for Machine Operators / Manufacturing Associates in West Haven, CT
1st Shift -- Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift -- Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00 midnight
English is required - client will schedule interviews for qualified candidates once Express onboarding is complete
As a Manufacturing Associate you will typically work as a machine operator at a workbench or on a conveyor line, performing tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, snipping, tying, or trimming either manually or by machine. Additionally, you will be responsible for basic machine equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning. Miscellaneous jobs may include moving assemblies or machines and cleaning floors. This position typically requires 0-2 years of experience and involves working under close supervision.
Responsibilities
• Assemble minor products or components with a small number of details
• Perform routine and highly repetitive assembly operations
• Machine Operator and work at a workbench or on a conveyor line
• Check, sort, package, label, paste, snip, tie, or trim products manually or by machine
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and routine maintenance
• Clean work areas and equipment
• Move assemblies or machines as needed
• Perform miscellaneous jobs such as cleaning floors
