Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Quality Control Inspectors, Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians for multiple manufacturing clients in our local area.
We work with companies seeking candidates at different experience levels, from production and visual inspection to experienced quality control and quality assurance roles.

QUALITY CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Depending on the position and experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components and finished products
- Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections
- Identify defects and ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and other inspection or test equipment
- Read and follow specifications, work instructions and quality procedures
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify and report defects, non-conforming materials and quality issues
- Work with production, engineering and management teams to resolve quality concerns
- Support internal or external quality audits as applicable
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) when required
- Follow established quality, production and safety procedures
- Train or guide other employees on quality standards for senior-level positions
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Quality Control (QC)
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Quality Inspection
- Manufacturing Inspection
- Visual Inspection
- Dimensional Inspection
- Precision Measurement
- Calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Quality documentation and recordkeeping
- Basic computer skills, data entry and reporting
- Blueprint or technical drawing experience
- Root cause analysis and corrective action
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, accuracy, documentation skills and the ability to follow established procedures.

PAY & BENEFITS
Express Employment Professionals associates are paid hourly unless otherwise noted. Associates accrue paid sick leave in accordance with Connecticut law.
Eligible associates may also have access to optional supplemental health benefits that they may elect or decline. Details regarding available plans, costs and eligibility are provided during onboarding. Benefits and eligibility may vary upon full-time placement with an individual client company or assignment.
