Express Employment Professionals is seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with paperwork related to automotive titles and accidents for a client in the East Windsor area. The ideal associate will have at least 2 years of consistent experience in a customer service role, ideally in an office setting.
Pay: $20.50/hr NOT on a bus line
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Temp to hire position!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding car titles and power of attorney (POA) documents
- Day-to-day operations regarding clerical work
- Work with others to ensure operations run efficiently
- Scanning and filing of all paperwork
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
