Express Employment Professionals Windsor-Hartford is hiring for Auto Auction Yard attendants in the Windsor area!
Our office is looking for quality associates to assist in the tracking, jumping, moving, and inventory of cars. Ideal candidates will have the skills to operate a hand held scanner and input numbers via a handheld tablet. This is an all weather position; associates must be able to work in heat, cold, rain, snow, etc. Some snow clearing in the winter is possible too.
Pay: $20/hr NOT on a bus line
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Possible temp to hire position!
Qualification:
- Ability to be outside in all weather
- 2+ years consistent work experience
- Comfortable using a jump pack to start cars
- Ability to navigate cars through a large yard
- Must take a drug test and background check
Responsibilities:
- Use radios and hand held scanner to scan VIN numbers on cars
- Log location of car correctly into database via tablet
- Use jump pack to start car to move them to new location in the yard as directed
- Good communication with others to ensure the job is done efficiently
