Job Location: Hartford, CT
Salary: $60K/year
Shift: 1st shift 8AM – 4:00 Mon-Friday
Job Summary: Express Employment in Windsor is seeking to hire for a client in a downtown Hartford office. Looking for a professional individual with prior Office Manager experience. Someone looking to work in a medium size office and provide excellent customer/client service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with handling all office operations
- Basic administrative skills include supplies, scheduling, organization skills, planning skills
- Must be able to work engage positively and productively with internal and external counterparts, be proactive, be well organized, and be accurate
- Prior professional work history in an office
Responsibilities:
- Reviews purchase orders for accuracy
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Manages reception area and visitor first impressions
- Learn functions of all office staff and step in as needed
- Supports purchasing tasks and organizes supplies
- Enters bills for payment and assists with payroll
