Facilities Maintenance Project Manager

Job Location: Hartford, CT
Salary: $35+/hour Depending on experience
Schedule: Part time - Flexible shedule. Probably less than 25 or 30 hours a week. Mostly weekdays and daytime hours.
Job Summary: Express Employment in Windsor is looking to hire for a part time leader to oversee the maintenance operations of a downtown Hartford client of ours. It is a long term opportunity to use your years of experience to guide our workforce in the execution of various buildings including a large garage and parking areas. You will review and prioritize what needs to be done and the crew will take care of the dirty work. Audit punch lists and obvious PM work will guide the initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of facility maintence background preferred
- Experience with planning and supervising work crews
- Be able to work inside and outside to assess and review needed and completed work
- Will submit to drug test and background check
- Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license (Not a driving job)
Responsibilities:
- Guide various inside and outside trades with executing project work.
- Oversee all maintenance type duties
- Ability to assess and document audit results and punch lists for work order execution and completion
- Set your own schedule
