Job Full Description
We are seeking a hardworking Crawl Space Laborer for one of our clients. This role involves performing physical tasks in confined spaces to support construction, repair, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks in crawl spaces, including cleaning, debris removal, and preparation work

Assist with installation of vapor barriers, insulation, and moisture control systems

Support foundation repair and waterproofing projects as directed by supervisors

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Follow instructions and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications

Prior experience in construction, general labor, or crawl space work preferred

Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable transportation to job sites in Kent and Sussex Counties

Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
