Job Full Description
The Lawn Care Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping and lawn maintenance projects. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for lawn care and landscaping projects.
-Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
-Schedule and assign tasks to crew members and subcontractors.
-Supervise daily field operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
-Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance.
-Prior experience in project management or supervisory roles.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
