Now Hiring: Certified Restoration/Mitigation Technicians - Immediate Openings
Are you a reliable, hardworking professional with experience in restoration/mitigation or skilled trades? Join our trusted team providing emergency response and recovery services to residential and commercial properties impacted by water, mold, fire, and smoke damage.
We’re looking for hands-on technicians who take pride in their work and thrive in fast-paced environments. If you have experience in structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, or basic rebuilding (drywall, framing, carpentry), we want to hear from you. IICRC certifications and skilled trades experience are strong pluses.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to emergency calls and assess damage from water, fire, mold, or smoke (asbestos experience is a plus)
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers)
- Perform demolition: remove drywall, flooring, insulation, and affected materials
- Assist with mold remediation: containment, removal, and cleaning
- Clean and restore fire/smoke-damaged properties using approved techniques
- Document job progress: moisture readings, notes, and photos
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Communicate with team members, supervisors, and occasionally property owners or adjusters
- Support minor rebuilds: drywall repair, framing, insulation, and light carpentry
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean working condition
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts (after-hours/weekends)
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation (preferred)
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT), DBPR certification is required, or similar
- Skilled labor background in drywall, carpentry, or general repairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, or confined areas
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Working Conditions: This role involves physical labor in indoor/outdoor settings, including wet, moldy, or fire-damaged environments. Extended hours may be required during emergencies or peak demand.
