Job Full Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscaper to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, and public properties. This hands-on role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing tasks that keep landscapes healthy, attractive, and functional.
Key Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns and turf areas
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to design plans
- Mulch beds, prune plants, and remove weeds and debris
- Install and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor lighting (if applicable)
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively
- Assist with hardscape installation (e.g., patios, walkways, retaining walls)
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and perform manual labor
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and pride in artistry
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
