We seek a high-energy Business Developer/Outside Sales Representative to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and drive new business. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, representing our brand and solutions to clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business through field visits, networking, and cold calling

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Prepare and present proposals and quotes

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activity
Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar role

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to travel locally within an assigned territory
