We seek a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to join our leadership team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Position Summary
The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees the daily clinical operations of the home health nursing team and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations. This role involves supervising clinical staff, coordinating patient care, managing quality assurance activities, and providing leadership and guidance to maintain excellence in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Conduct in-home supervisory visits and clinical evaluations as needed

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CMS, state DOH, etc.)

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

Respond to and resolve patient/family concerns related to care services

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives

Provide clinical leadership and guidance on complex patient care issues

Monitor case load distribution and ensure appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios

Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative leadership
Qualifications

Current and unrestricted license in the state of Florida

Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a home health or supervisory role

Knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and OASIS documentation or similar CRM

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits
