It delivers emergency response, mitigation, reconstruction, and environmental services across commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Our team is known for integrity, urgency, and precision, and we’re growing fast.
We’re seeking a Loss Mitigation Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship-building, and can drive revenue by securing new project bids and partnerships in the restoration and construction space.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure mitigation opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors

Build and nurture relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, general contractors, facility directors, and other referral sources

Generate bids and proposals for loss mitigation work (water, fire, mold, storm, and rebuild)

Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction

Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and community outreach to expand market visibility

Maintain and update CRM with client activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or loss mitigation sales

An existing book of business or a strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable

Ability to read scopes of work and interpret mitigation protocols

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and results-driven mindset

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
