Job Full Description
We are seeking observant, reliable, and detail-oriented Secret Shoppers to evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall experience at various retail, hospitality, and service locations. Acting as typical customers, Secret Shoppers provide objective feedback through structured reports that help businesses improve performance and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations anonymously and interact with staff as a regular customer
- Observe and evaluate service quality, employee behavior, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
- Make purchases or inquiries as instructed, and retain receipts or documentation
- Take notes discreetly and submit detailed reports within specified deadlines
- Follow specific guidelines for each assignment, including timing, scenarios, and evaluation criteria
- Provide constructive, unbiased feedback based on personal experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Age restrictions apply to most assignments
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent written communication and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable access to transportation and the internet
- Ability to remain discreet and objective during evaluations
- Time management skills and the ability to meet reporting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in secret shopping is not required
- Familiarity with mobile apps or online reporting tools
- Responsible, timely, and dependable individuals
- Flexibility to travel locally or regionally for assignments
