Job Full Description
We’re seeking skilled and reliable Roofers and Tarp Roof Technician Specialists to join our team and provide rapid-response roofing services across residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for experienced roofers who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering high-quality work under pressure. Technicians will perform emergency roof tarping, minor repairs, and other roofing-related tasks to help protect properties from further damage due to storms, leaks, or structural issues. Key Responsibilities
- Perform emergency roof tarping to prevent water intrusion and further damage
- Conduct minor roof repairs, including patching, shingle replacement, and leak mitigation
- Assess roof conditions and communicate findings to supervisors or clients
- Work on various roof types, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
- Safely navigate residential and commercial rooftops in varying weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and professional worksite
- Respond promptly to service calls, often with short notice
Requirements
- Proven roofing experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Availability for emergency calls, including evenings and weekends when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with emergency response or disaster restoration
- Familiarity with insurance-related roofing work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
