We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth within an assigned geographic area. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service needs
- Provide consultative solutions tailored to customer goals and challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Territory & Market Strategy
- Analyze territory performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans and promotional strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in light industrial, professional, or skilled trades
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Avionte, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to B2B or B2C clients
- Familiarity with territory management and strategic account planning
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and team-oriented attitude
