Job Full Description
We’re seeking proactive and professional Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inquiries and issues across a variety of industries and service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency
- Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, job orders, and account status
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate departments
- Coordinate with dispatch, field teams, and supervisors to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain client records, update CRM systems, and track service requests
- Assist with onboarding, appointment setting, and follow-up communications
- Support billing inquiries, timesheet collection, and documentation requests
- Build rapport with clients and vendors to foster long-term relationships
- Contribute to team goals by identifying service gaps and suggesting improvements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in staffing, logistics, trades, or office services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; dispatch or scheduling software a plus
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus, depending on client base
- Comfortable working in both office and operational environments
