Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows & Doors Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on installation experience who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, assemble, and install windows, doors, and related hardware according to specifications
- Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and alignment for energy efficiency and safety
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions accurately
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe and organized manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines during installation
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window and door installation, carpentry, or construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with different window and door materials (wood, vinyl, aluminum)
- Customer service experience
- Experience with power tools and installation equipment
