Qualifications
Entry-Level Candidates:

Mid to Senior-Level Candidates:

3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, networking, or related areas.

Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
