The Project Coordinator – Power and Energy Division will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of power and energy projects. This individual will coordinate between field teams, project managers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with the coordination and tracking of power and energy projects from initiation to completion
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reporting using Work Management Systems (WMS) and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and field operations teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Manage purchase orders, work orders, and resource allocation to support project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, budgets, and project status updates
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively recommend corrective actions
  • Uphold all company safety and compliance standards across all phases of the project

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management within the power, utilities, or energy sector
  • Proficiency in WMS (Work Management Systems) and Salesforce is required
  • Strong understanding of project documentation, scheduling, and reporting practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for team and client interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
