We’re seeking driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing talent acquisition firm. This role blends consultative sales, marketing outreach, and client relationship development to help businesses solve their workforce challenges. You’ll be the first point of contact for employers who need better hiring strategies, staffing support, and long-term workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new business accounts through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Qualify leads to understand hiring needs, workforce gaps, and organizational challenges.
- Present our talent acquisition services and workforce solutions in a clear, compelling, consultative manner.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to outreach campaigns, messaging, and content ideas that attract employers.
- Schedule discovery calls and client meetings for senior sales and recruiting teams.
- Track performance metrics including outreach volume, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Represent the company professionally at virtual events, networking opportunities, and industry discussions.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, HR, tech, B2B, or B2C services.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client pain points.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track activity.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping businesses grow through better hiring.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, marketing, and leadership teams.
