Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m., Saturday as needed
Manufacturing Production Associates Summary
Express is hiring dedicated and motivated individuals to join a growing industry leader in the Villages.
Manufacturing Production Associates Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of precast concrete forms and structures.
- Prepare molds, pour concrete, and finish surfaces as required.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues.
- Support other departments as needed.
Manufacturing Warehouse Associates Requirements
- Precast, concrete manufacturing a plus
- Reliable transportation and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in non-climate controlled environment
- Steel toed boots
- Willing to train and learn as we grow
- Ability to work with others as a team
