Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Bilingual Front Office Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team and manage front office tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the staffing industry while building foundational administrative and recruiting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support:
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate qualifications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with job postings and candidate outreach campaigns
- Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Office Coordination & Administrative Support:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet walk-in applicants and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are organized and presentable
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Support recruiters and account managers with day-to-day administrative needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Comfortable using phones and providing front-desk support
- Team oriented
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales is a plus
