Dispatching Coordinator
Salary: $17 hourly
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Will increase during peak season.
Dispatching Coordinator Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Dispatching Coordinator for a company in the Groveland FL area.
This role is responsible for executing all plant activities related to freight, including production scheduling, dispatching trucks, and negotiating freight rates with contract carriers.
What we’re looking for in a Dispatching Coordinator
- Minimum two years in a related role or traffic
- Knowledge of state, local, and federal DOT regulations and office processes
- Demonstrated basic math knowledge
- Team player and self-starter
- Strong Word and Excel experience
- Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail
