Salary: $18 - $20 based on shift and experience
Production Assemblers – Window Line Summary
Express is hiring dedicated and motivated Production Assemblers - Windows to join a growing team in Sumterville.
We currently have positions available on the production floor, and we're seeking only rock stars to fill these roles.
Shift Schedules:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 p.m.-1:00 a.m.
Must be available to work Saturday as needed
Essential Job Functions:
- Report to work on time for all scheduled work days
- Work on the production line where windows are assembled
- Check window and fixture installation, and repair as needed
- Measuring and using hand and power tools
- Produce a quality product in a timely manner
· Follow specific standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Work elsewhere as directed by supervision.
- Wear all the required personal protective equipment for the specific job
What we require (minimum required qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Window repair, installation experience needed
- Steel toed boots
- Requires ability to read a tape measure
- Requires standing all day
- Safety-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work with others as a team
