Yard Punch Out
Located in The Villages, FL
Salary: $18/hour + based on experience
Schedule: 3:30 p.m. – 1 a.m. Monday – Friday. Must work Saturdays as needed.
Yard Punch Out Summary:
Express Employment Professional Lake Sumter is hiring a Yard Punch Out for a growing company in Sumter.
Yard Punch Out Responsibilities:
- Conduct final inspection of products to identify any defects, errors, or areas needing improvement
- Perform necessary repairs on products
- Apply paint or other finishes to repaired areas to ensure a uniform appearance
- Address minor electrical and plumbing issues related to the installation of products
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and any other relevant activities
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Yard Punch Out Requirements:
- Ability to identify and correct small defects and imperfections
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for concrete repair, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing work
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in various weather conditions
- Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation purposes
- Successful completion of pre-employment checks
