Located in The Villages, FL
Salary: $16 - $17 based on experience
Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Must work Saturdays as needed.
Precast Assemblers Summary:
Express Employment Professional Lake Sumter is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals to join our client’s growing team as Assemblers.
The ideal candidate will assist in assembling forms, reinforcing materials, and related components necessary to produce high-quality precast concrete products used in construction and infrastructure projects for The Villages!
Precast Assemblers Responsibilities:
- Assemble, position and secure rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements within molds.
- Apply appropriate release agents and prepare forms for concrete pouring.
- Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, drill, and fasten materials.
- Follow work orders and verbal instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect finished molds for accuracy, alignment, and readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Precast Assemblers Requirements:
- Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
