Job Title: Overnight Structural Fitter/Welder
Location: Groveland FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Overnights/Weekends.(Times may vary)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Structural Fitter to join our team. You will work with engineers, welders, and other trades to fabricate, assemble, and install structural components according to project specifications.
Responsibilities:

Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Measure, cut, and shape metal components

Assemble and install structural frameworks using welding, bolting, and riveting
-
Inspect work for accuracy and quality

Maintain tools and workspace in safe condition

Collaborate with team members and follow safety protocols

Report issues or defects to supervisors

Assist with moving and positioning heavy materials
Requirements:
-
Proven structural fitter or similar experience
- Capable of weld testing for the position

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Skilled with hand and power tools

Basic welding and metal fabrication knowledge

Strong attention to detail and quality

Good communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of safety regulations

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
