Dispatcher
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Saturdays as needed
Dispatcher Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Dispatcher for a company in the Sumterville, FL area.
Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and dispatch workers and or work crews to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios or telephonesSchedule or dispatch equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, or necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
- Maintain open communication with work crews, customers, drivers, vendors, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or radios.
- Maintain an open line of communication with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service, problems and or product specification.
- Prepare daily work schedule for yard personnel and drivers.
- Generate invoices, delivery tickets, and related shipping documents.
- Oversee all communications with customers, drivers, maintenance, masons and yard personnel.
- Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to effectuate service and schedules.
- Record and maintain records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other.
- Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel to maintain production demands.
- Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.
- Inventory control of all block and materials.
What we’re looking for in a Dispatcher

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum one year of dispatch experience
- Strong Word and Excel experience
- Experience with GPS monitoring software
- Strong customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail
