Location: Lady Lake, FL
Pay: $18
Schedule: Must have availability to work 40 hours Monday – Saturday, 7:45 a.m. – 5 p.m./5:30 p.m.
Dental Scheduling Coordinator Summary
Express Employment Professionals Clermont is seeking a Dental Scheduling Coordinator for a client in Lady Lake, FL. This position is with a well-established dental group serving the Sumter County area. The team is dedicated to quality care and ensuring a positive patient experience in a collaborative, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments for multiple providers in the office
- Check patients in and out with warmth and professionalism
- Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment, while compassionately handling questions/concerns
- Coordinate with clinical team members to optimize daily schedules
- Coordinate inventory including ordering and organizing dental and office supplies as needed.
- Record Keeping, including scanning documents into database
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of dental scheduling experience
- Previous work in a high-volume dental office a plus
- Dentrix Ascend experience highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and staff while maintaining a high level of accuracy and tact.
- Ability to lift 30 – 50lbs, stand, bend, sit though the shift
