Job Title: Janitorial Associate
Location: Groveland, FL
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Must be available to work weekends if needed)
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking associate to join our team in Groveland. This hybrid role involves janitorial duties for the first half of the day and warehouse support for the remainder. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and flexible with scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform janitorial tasks including cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the plant

Sweep and clean warehouse floors and work areas

Build case pick packages for customer orders

Lift, bend, and palletize cases of bagged soil products

Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or warehouse experience is a plus

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Comfortable with physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Must be reliable and punctual

Availability to work weekends when required
