Receptionist
A local company is searching for a Receptionist who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs. The Receptionist’s daily responsibilities would include filing and handling mail, as well as other office-related tasks, like data-entry and typing. This highly organized and customer-service minded position works internally with management and other office staff on a daily and weekly basis.
Job highlights:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Provide and retain basic and accurate information
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
What we look for:
- Proven work experience in a Receptionist, Front Office or similar role
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High School Degree; additional certification in Office Management a PLUS
