Job Details

• Floor Operations: Monitor daily production schedules, assign staff to specific lines (such as tube or bottle filling), and maintain steady product flow. 

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure operations adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cosmetics and OTC drugs. 

• Workflow Management: Track performance metrics, minimize line downtime, and coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams. 

• Staff Training: Coach and train production operators on equipment setup, safety regulations, and efficiency goals. 

• Experience: 2+ to 5+ years of experience working in a regulated production, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with inventory or production software, and clear communication abilities.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) on the active manufacturing floor
