Job Type: Full-time Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $17 per hour | Paid Weekly

Job Description:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the face of our luxury resort, providing outstanding customer service to our guests. Your role will include:
- Making Reservations for guests and assisting with bookings
- Answering Phones and providing information and assistance to guests
- Coordinating with Housekeeping & Maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Providing Concierge Services and supporting guest requests to enhance their stay
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Assisting guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries
- Managing reservations and room availability
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Providing personalized service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- General administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Computer-savvy with proficiency in office software and reservation systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Recent college graduates with a degree in Hospitality are encouraged to apply!
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
