Grocery Store Supervisor – $21/hr Weekly Pay Full-Time Destin, FL

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Grocery Store Supervisor to lead and support teams across multiple shifts in our Destin, FL location. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of 50+ employees across departments
- Ensure production and inventory goals are met daily
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency across multiple shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality
Schedule & Shift Details:
- Must be available for 1st (7 AM – 4 PM), 2nd (2 PM – 11 PM), or 3rd (10 PM – 7 AM) shift
- Weekend availability is REQUIRED
- Flexible scheduling within a rotating shift structure
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $21/hour, 40 hours/week
- Paid weekly

Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a grocery or distribution environment is required
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing large teams and working in a fast-moving setting
- Must be dependable, organized, and results-driven
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
