Now Hiring: Grocery Retail Supervisor
Location: Destin & Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Pay: $20–$23/hr + Overtime | Weekly Pay | Health Insurance | Long-Term Opportunity
Are you an experienced retail team lead or coach looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a hands-on supervisor to help lead and train a large retail operations team shifts in Destin, FL.
This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, great benefits, and a chance to grow in a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment. Ideal candidates will come from big-box retail or grocery backgrounds and be eager to lead from the front.
Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced supervisors or coaches from grocery and retail chains

People who have led store teams of 30+ associates
-
Open to working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to support staff training and operational coverage
-
Comfortable with weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule
-
Proven ability to manage operations, train staff, and maintain team morale
-
Former military leadership experience is a plus

Strong communication, time management, and accountability skills
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring execution meets company standards

Train and mentor new associates across all departments

Manage daily workload, shift coverage, and associate performance

Coordinate with leadership on process improvements, customer service, and safety

Support cross-functional departments including stocking, cashiers, and logistics

Set the tone for a positive, productive work environment
