NOW HIRING: Class B CDL Dump Truck Driver – Panama City, FL | $20/hr+ | Full-Time
A well-established residential waste management company in Panama City, FL is seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term position with early morning shifts, steady hours, and weekly pay.
Job Overview:
- Position: Dump Truck Driver
- Location: Panama City, FL
- Pay: Starting at $20/hour, with potential for overtime
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: Starts at 3:00 AM and runs until the daily route is completed (40+ hours/week)
- Employment Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
- Ability to work early hours and handle physically active workdays
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dump truck on assigned residential waste collection routes
- Load and transport waste material responsibly and efficiently
- Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT standards
- Communicate with dispatch as needed during the route
- Provide courteous service to local residential customers
