A top-tier equipment service company in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join their team. If you have hands-on experience working on Caterpillar (CAT) equipment, this is a long-term, full-time opportunity with competitive pay and steady hours.

Position Overview:
- Title: Caterpillar Equipment Technician
- Location: Panama City Beach, FL
- Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some overtime possible)
- Type: Long-term, permanent role
Requirements:
- Proven experience servicing and repairing Caterpillar machinery (construction or heavy equipment)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to troubleshoot engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Own tools preferred
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Must pass background and drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Caterpillar equipment
- Complete scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls
- Accurately document work performed and communicate with team leads
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide high-quality service with a focus on safety and efficiency
