A respected transportation and trucking service company in DeFuniak Springs, FL is looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk with a background in the automotive or diesel industry. This is a full-time, long-term position offering steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow with a professional team.

Position Overview:
- Job Title: Warranty Clerk (Automotive/Truck Industry)
- Location: DeFuniak Springs, FL
- Pay: $16/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Employment Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and track all related documentation
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure proper claim handling
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Support service and maintenance staff with administrative tasks
- File and organize repair orders, parts records, and warranty paperwork
- Follow warranty policies and procedures accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive or diesel service industry is required
- Prior experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a service department role is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
